Pre-Orders

Most of our pieces are made to order. You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships — just email us at [email protected] with your order number.

Returns

• Unworn pieces in original condition and packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
• Customized or engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned, unless faulty.
• To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number and reason.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion, including return shipping.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable except where the item is faulty.

Non-Returnable

For hygiene and safety, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
