Pre-Orders & Dispatch

Many of our pieces are made to order. The expected dispatch window is shown on each product page. We will email you when your order ships with tracking.

For Dhanteras (November 6, 2026) pre-orders, we aim to dispatch in early November. If anything changes, we will contact you before dispatch — you may cancel for a full refund at any time before your order ships.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control, but we will always keep you informed.
